A nostalgic WAP game-portal theme for FlatBB, built after the old 2000s mobile portals: one narrow white sheet on a grey page, blue gradient section bars, striped lists, round avatars and small Arial type. Everything sits in a single column, even on wide screens, so a phone and a desktop see the same compact page.

Look

  • Header — a blue gradient banner with the wordmark and account icons, then a pale blue menu strip with small bold links, close to the old .topmenu bars.
  • Sheet — the whole page is a 760px white sheet with a 1px #cdcdcd border and a soft drop shadow, sitting on a light grey canvas.
  • Market — pages of the plugin market keep their wide two-column layout; the blue header, sheet and footer widen together to 1200px.
  • Section bars — category headings, card heads and the list tabs use the same blue gradient bar with a thin darker edge, like the original .phdr blocks.
  • Topic list — compact 26px round avatars, bold blue titles, one small grey meta line, alternating pale blue stripes and 1px #e1e1e1 row rules.
  • Side columns — on desktop the left menu and right boxes stack below the main list inside the same sheet; on phones the core drawer keeps working.
  • Topic page — round 52px avatars, small grey meta, underlined blue links, flat blue-edged quotes.
  • Dark mode — deep navy surfaces with the same blue gradient bars and pale blue menu strips.

Install

php flatbb plugin:sync        # or "Scan plugins folder" in Admin → Appearance → Themes

Then Preview the theme and Activate when it looks right.

The theme is a plugin with 'type' => 'theme'; it ships no routes, tables, admin pages or template overrides. It loads assets/theme.css after app.css and every plugin stylesheet, so plugin pages keep their markup and only take the retro surfaces. Every rule is scoped to body:not(.page-admin), so the admin keeps the core look.
