A slim notice bar with a speaker icon: text, an optional link and an optional stop date per notice. Several notices
rotate one at a time, with previous / next arrows.
Settings

| Notices | One per line: text, text\|/link, or text\|/link\|2026-12-31. Lines starting with # are ignored; a notice whose date has passed disappears on its own. |
| Where | Above the topic list (default), above the main column on every page, or the top of the right column. |
| Rotate every (seconds) | 0 turns the rotation off and shows the first notice only. |

- Inline regions run inside loops, so the bar is kept out of them (which is why every page uses
main.beforerather
than a per-row slot). - The rotation pauses while the pointer is over the bar.
- Without JavaScript every notice is in the page but only the first shows; a single notice needs no script at all.
Uninstall
Disable hides the bar. Nothing is stored.
